Big Ronnie is an experienced IT Services Manager with 20+ years of professional, high-level experience in NYC.  Ronnie has been working in the Fixed-Fee/Managed Services space since 2004 (when he first deployed ConnectWise and Level Platforms). 

In his non-entrepreneurial working career, Ronnie was an Engineer and Project Manager for Charles Schwab & Co., The McGraw-Hill Companies, Scholastic Books, MTV and The New York New Media Association.

Ronnie was a founder of Primary Support Solutions, Director of Information Technology and Director of Business Development at Power Consulting Group and Director of Information Technology (Managing 35) at Net@Work and has been performing MSP consulting for the past 5 years as a core focus.

Ronnie is a true entrepreneur at heart and enjoys working with business owners who are working hard to grow their client base and personal revenue. 

Ronnie holds numerous IT certifications including being the first Domestically certified Autotask Certified Consulting Partners.

Ronnie is also highly active in the IT Channel and was appointed to the Advisory Council for Ingram Micro's SMB Alliance.  In this role, he works with 200+ ITSP's to define and refine industry standards in the channel. Ronnie helps MSP's develop relationships and buying arrangements with 
companies like Amazon's AWS, Datto, ThinkGrid, Dell, Symantec and many others.

In 2010, as part of the Business Development plan for Power Consulting Group, Ronnie was able to purchase his first MSP.

Ronnie is noted a top Information Technology Entrepreneur and as a leading CTO under age 40 by VAR Business Magazine. 

His work as a technology leader has led to him being a frequent commentator on IT best practices for small and mid-sized businesses.

Additionally, Mr. Parisella was appointed the chairman of the New York Chapter of the Cigar Rights of America more commonly known as the “CRA.” “Cigar Rights of America was founded on the principle of fighting for the freedom to enjoy cigars. CRA is a consumer-based, non-profit public advocacy organization that works with local, state and federal governments to protect the freedoms of cigar enthusiasts”.
