Ronnie Parisella is a senior IT professional with 20-plus years of high-level experience. He has been working in the fixed-fee/managed services space since 2004 when he first deployed ConnectWise and Level Platforms. In his non-entrepreneurial working career, Ronnie was an engineer and project manager for Charles Schwab & Co., the McGraw-Hill companies, Scholastic Books, MTV, and The New York New Media Association (NYNMA).

Currently Ronnie is co-founder and a managed services consultant with MSP Foundry, a managed services consultancy committed to getting its partners to achieve 20 percent or better gross profits in their service practices. The MSP Foundry will analyze and realign your data, systems, team, and client contracts.

Previously, Ronnie was a founder of Primary Support Solutions, an IT solutions and consulting firm; director of information technology and then director of business development at Power Consulting Group, an IT reseller and MSP; and director of information technology with a team of 35 people at Net@Work, a 13-office IT and business consultancy.

Ronnie is active in the IT channel and was appointed to the Advisory Council for Ingram Micro’s SMB Alliance community. In this role, he works with 200 ITSPs to define and refine industry standards. He helps MSPs develop relationships and buying arrangements with companies such as Amazon Web Services, Datto, Dell, HP, Symantec, and many others.

Ronnie is a frequent contributor to various industry publications and was named as a leading CTO under age 40 by VAR Business magazine.
